Tapes are supplied on the basis of tissue BKNL-65, TC-100 TC-200:
fabric BKNL-65 - polyester/cotton, the nominal tensile strength of the traction strip 55N/mm, thickness 1 strip 1.2 mm;
fabric TC-100 - synthetic, nominal tensile strength of the traction strip 100N/mm, thickness 1 strip 0.9-1.0 mm;
fabric TC-200 - synthetic, nominal tensile strength of the traction strip 200N/mm, thickness 1 strip 0.9-1.0 mm.
The upper and lower surfaces of the conveyor belt has a rubber layer, called the electrode. The electrode may include either one or both of the parties (working and non-working) and have different thickness.
Types of conveyor belts:
2 - General purpose, operable at a temperature from -45 °C to +60 °C;
2L - General purpose lightweight, workable at a temperature from -25 °C to +60 °C.
S - non-flammable;
T - heat-resistant, workable at a temperature from -25 °C to +120 °C;
2M - hardy, operable at a temperature from -60 °C to +60 °C;
4P - food, operable at a temperature from -25 °C to +60 °C.
Conveyor belts are available in coils 96 p. m., width from 300 mm to 1400 mm. Number of strips from 2 to 6.
