HEAT EXCHANGERS MADE OF FLUORINE PLASTIC
Offer type: salePublished: 18.07.2007
Heat exchangers made of Polytetraflorethylene represent modern and effective type of heat-exchanging equipment. These heat exchangers are of submersible and shell-and-tube types intended for heating and cooling or condensation of corrosive and highly purified environments. These heat exchangers are used in chemical, pharmaceuticals and food-processing industries as well as during chemical and electrochemical treatment of materials.
Fluorine plastic is characterized by high corrosion resistance, water repellence and is a good dielectric. This material got its nickname as “plastic platinum”.
Use of heat exchangers made of fluorine plastic as condensers proved effective since condensation on non-wettable fluoroplastic surfaces is dropwise. Electroinsulating properties of fluorine plastic hereby provide for high operability of heat exchangers during electrochemical treatment of materials.
Tube bundle assemblies are part of fluoroplastic heat exchangers; 4Д-fluoroplastic tubes of internal diameter 3 and 5 mm, wall thickness being 0.4 and 0.6 mm.
Heat exchangers are produced as six modifications and differ by configuration of tube bundle assembly. See details www.kran.dp.ua/
