This chips are designed to optimize the process of smoked meat, fish and cheese. Raw material for our products is a beech wood exceptionally high quality, without the crust, dusted, varying degrees of humidity and disunity - in accordance with the peculiarities of different types of smoke generator.
Proposed chips is drying and sterilization at a temperature of 500°C. Sterilization ensures high microbiological quality and protects the wood chips before entering unwanted bacteria in the smoking chambers.
