We are searching for potential partners/sponsors for the construction of a shipyard on western European territory for small serial production of High Performance Power boats, sports-yachts of advanced innovative design starting from 70 ft of length.
Our Company triggers the production of collector value High Performance Power boats starting from 26 ft of length.
We offer our partners joint ownership of the shipyard planned to be constructed and 30% - 50% of further benefit from each yacht sale.
Here is a brief description of the project:
The overall amount of investment is € 3.2 mio.
First year – ground work – sandwich-panel construction of the first productional dock hull, total area of which is 2000 square meters.
Further on – 2-6 products a year, process of recoupment and profit attainment.
The planned period of return on investment is 3-4 years.
1.“Pessimistic underestimated" calculation: with the production profitability equaling 57,3%, the annual benefit makes up €1,5 mio
2. “Average calculated” business-plan: with the production profitability equaling 151,2 %, the annual benefit makes up €3,4 mio
3. “Optimistic desirable" assumption: production profitability – 214,5 %, annual benefit - €5,6 mio
