Our Company produces hydrometallurgical plants for lead-acid accumulators. Processing goes in closed cycle. There is no emission into environment. Sulphuric acid is utilized on the special plant. As utilization result we get following components separated into fraction: Cegal, mix-powder of oxide and lead sulfate (waste paste), cleaned plastic powder which are part of accumulators (polypropylene, ebonit). Plants can work according to periodic and continuous cycles. Necessary area – 400 square meters.
At customs will it is possible to install spin dryer of continuous operation for dry powders. Maximum output – 120 ton per 24 hours. It is possible to install plants producing 250 ton per monat.
