This innovative event blends the traditional with the modern in a sweeping two-part competition that provides a venue for artists in various ethnic communities to showcase their talents before a mainstream American audience.
Performing artists who complete the Application process and pass the Initial screening will be invited to give two performances before a high caliber Panel Jury as part of the International Review portion of the competition. The judging will take place sometime between July 1 and October 31, 2008, for the Winter Competition.
The Panel Jury will choose one of those yours presentations for inclusion in the Talent Festival part of the event. This Talent Festival part of the competition will take place November 1–December 25, 2008, for the Winter Competition. Possible locations include: Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Indianapolis, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Phoenix, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington DC
Applications are currently being accepted until July 30, 2008, for the first round which finishes in January 2009 with a Gala Ceremony in Las Vegas.
